CHEESE!!!

I love cheese. And cheese loves me. I'm glad I'm not lactose intolerant, and I hope I don't "become" lactose intolerant like a lot of my friends have. Personally I'm not convinced that you just become lactose intolerant. And even if I did somehow "become" lactose intolerant, I'd just apply my life motto to it - POWER THROUGH IT. Lactose intolerance - boring.

I digress. The point of this posting is that my friend JS gave me a gift certificate to Whole Foods for CHEESE!!!! This is excellent, as I have a soft spot in my heart all cheeses and especially for this one type of goat cheese that is quite expensive. I don't think I've ever bought food worth this much per pound. But I went today and bought all sorts of expensive cheeses!!
