Backyard critters
I'm in Adelaide where the temperatures reach 100+ F quite frequently. The vegetation here is very different from home - not really any deciduous trees, no groves of maples with leaves that change color; BUT there's lots of eucalyptus. And where there's eucalyptus, there's koala!
So we've been watching this koala come out of the tall eucalyptus into the lower, cooler tree because it's been so hot. Today, we saw it run across the yard!!
