My friend just showed me this news report about a smoking 2 year old kid. This is so disturbing. Who would give a child cigarettes at 18 months? And then insist that your son is "healthy"? What is the world coming to? Do people have no morals/ethics/sense of right and wrong?

Graduation!
Well, this May I graduated for the 3rd time. And maybe the last, but don't count on it! It was actually a really great ceremony and I was blessed with the presence of my mom and several of my friends! And despite our kooky hats, I think we all looked pretty cool. Haha!
Congratulations Class of 2010!!

My Birthday!!
Well, nobody likes to be stood up on their birthday, but my day started out that way. My friend JS stood me up at CrossFit at 7am! Haha! But I ended up doing the workout anyway (really needed it), and then JS made up for it by making me breakfast. I had a later brunch with KM (no, not myself), and then got some studying in while taking in the sun outside.
The day ended with a birthday dinner at what was supposed to be the Jamaican Jerk House. But when we got there, we realized it was a BYOB and nothing much was happening. So in our wanderings to find a wine and spirits store, we stumbled across the Percy Street BBQ place and managed to find a way to sit 13 people outside! Delicious BBQ, drinks and desserts!! Excellent birthday!

Wouldn't it be great...
If you knew exactly what you were meant to do in life?
I haven't really blogged lately, mostly because I'm lazy. It's not really that there's a lack of anything interesting happening in my life - May is the Month Of Fun this year!! School's over, birthday celebrations, farewells, graduations, etc. etc. etc. Plenty of interesting things!
But I've decided to stick with the funny video posts for this entry. Below is an illustration of a perfect fit. Watch, laugh, and enjoy!

FINISHED!!
Yesterday I finished my last exam of law school...ever! Assuming I pass, this means I can add the letters "J.D." after my name. Yippy! Haha. 3 years flew by, yet lots has happened. I'd do it over again exactly the same way!
So now I'm left with deciding what I'll go to school for next... :)

Fantastic!!
I had a VERY long layover in Salt Lake City today. I'd never been to SLC, and before today, never really had a desire to go. Until I flew in - I had a window seat on the side of the Great Salt Lake and it was amazing! And peaking out the opposite side windows were snow capped mountains! The whole area was soooo beautiful. So I figured I'd take advantage of my 4 hours and do something cool - put my foot in the Great Salt Lake!
So, I found a cab and we started out I-80 to the closest marina at Great Salt Lake State Park. My cab driver was super cool - a refugee from Sudan living in SLC and applying for pharmacy school. Of course he thought I was ridiculous for taking a (rather pricey) cab out to put my foot in the stinky lake and then just come back to the airport. But it was TOTALLY WORTH IT!
