Mouscapades?

So my friend CT shared a story about his attempt to kill all the mice in his apartment. Basically he set traps everywhere in his kitchen. Waking up after the first night of trap setting, CT saw a blood trail. And then the mouse, lying there with its head in a pool of blood. Like a gory murder scene.

Unfortunately, CT didn't see fit to draw a chalk line around the mouse corpse or take photographs of the blood evidence. But he did deduce that the mouse trap snapped down on the mouse but obviously didn't hold it, and in it's attempt to get away, it bled out. What a sad story.

I too have a mouse issue - but I think my mouse just slightly burned its foot pads on the hot oven the other day...
