Workout update

So lately I've been slack on writing about my workouts. This is not because I've been slack on my workouts. Noooo. I've been working it pretty hard core the last few days, with my sleet run and whatnot. Two days ago I started on a run and made it a whole 3 minutes before I just decided to stop and stand in the middle of the sidewalk for a while. Then I decided I should keep moving, since the sun was going down and it was a bit chilly. So I went to an open house in my mud-splattered Keystone Rugby shirt and track pants.

Yesterday I actually put a sports bra on and started to pull my track pants up. But that's about as far as I got. I stood there and thought "I don't want to workout." So I put my pajamas back on and sat on the couch. You know, the last few days really blows the "the hardest part is getting started" idea. I got started. I just decided to stop. For me the hardest part is probably my elbows. The rest of my body is pretty soft right now.

Anyway, I'm really enjoying cataloguing all my workouts. It really shows what progress I'm making and how much closer I'm getting to the standards I was given. I hope you readers can take some notes and get out there and workout like I am!

Kim,
Your drive and determination are inspirational. Young scrumhalves everywhere should take notes.

What kind of workout do you have planned for today? I'm thinking trail run ... but it's so wet outside. Hmm.
