Do nothing?

I read this somewhere - "When you're confused and you don't know what to do, do nothing." This seems like a good option most times. But maybe not always. Like if you were on fire you should probably NOT do nothing. You should probably stop, drop, cover your face*, and roll!!

* Apparently "cover your face" is a new addition to the old "stop, drop, and roll" - the new saying is on one of those Lance Armstrong-like bracelets that I found on the ground at pee-wee football practice.
