1. Please pass the budget. NEWS FLASH: While you legislators are still getting paid your regular, exorbitant salaries, other people aren't. And they don't have the resources to still live their lives if they don't get paid. Buck up and make some decisions.
2. Please pass a law that allows individuals to get money for returning/recycling plastic bottles. That way maybe people won't keep putting them IN MY BIKE BASKET!
