Anyway, the link my brother sent me is a story about how some kids in Panama beat a mysterious beast to death and threw it on the rocks to die. People are speculating it is a dog, abandoned film prop, a sloth that lost its hair, and of course, a creature from another world. Either way, it looks harmless. I wonder why they felt the need to beat it. Poor thing.
