Dear Philadelphia,
Please adequately deal with the snow storm this weekend. We've known about this storm for several days now, so you've surely had time to prepare plows, some sort of salt substance to clear the roads, and any other necessary precautions.
I know we've already had one large snowstorm this year that probably shot your budget (incredible on several levels, but mostly because your response to the last storm was so...meager). But please, put some effort into keeping this city, its roads, and its citizens safe.
