S.A.D.

I have it. I'm SAD. I have no desire to brave the cold and grey anymore! Some people think that Blue Monday (this year, Jan. 18) is the most depressing day of the year. But I think that Feb. 3 or 4 is the most depressing day of the year.

I mean, January's over. The new year has come and gone, people have already broken their resolutions. Christmas holidays are but a distant memory. The groundhog has inevitably seen his shadow, and now we realize there's quite a bit of February left to get through. Moral is low everywhere as the realization sinks in that, even if we make it through February, it will take most of March for winter to release its icy grip from around our throats.

To top it off, my upstairs neighbor insists on playing music quite loudly starting at 7:15am. This continues, despite me leaving a nice note for her to turn it down, just a little bit, before 8am. Now I'm just MAD.

SNOW is fun!!! Come to Baltimore - we have a good snow-day planned!! An early workout, snowball fights, warm drinks and lots of food.

I would kick down your neighbor's door, rip whatever she was using to play her music out of the place and throw it down the steps.
