Condiments

So, I've been involved in a lot of discussion over whether salsa is a condiment, and condiments in general. Today I had lunch with AS, BB, JS, and GSB in honor of AS's birthday. We had a lively, if not overly extended, conversation about what is and isn't a condiment. Seeing as how this conversation included two foreigners, I'd like to share an email exchange that occurred afterwards. My apologies if you cannot read Spanish, but translating it would ruin the hilarity.
