Last night, in honor of all our friends' May birthdays, IR and PS hosted Porkfest! Contrary to sort of popular belief, eating pork cannot give you the "swine flu." However, pork products have still been given a bad rap lately. So in support of the pork industry, and celebration of birthdays, we had Porkfest!
Pork sausage, pork loin, pork ribs. Delicious!
