Bike SUCCESS!

Today my friend CT and I went on a bike ride. We were going to try to head up to Narberth, but we ended up who knows where, up and down hills, and then finally right by that Italian Ristorante that you can see from I-76. Little did we know, Manayunk was just right down the hill and across the Green Lane bridge!!! So we stopped for a coffee and some stimulating conversation about the economy before heading back. The best parts about this ride were: (1) I found a nickel, (2) we got lost, (3) coffee, and (4) I actually got a great workout in without pounding the heck out of my arthritic lower extremeties. Bike SUCCESS!!
