So it seems that every time I play quizzo I lose. If I were a single person team, I would expect that, because there are always inevitably those rounds that deal with pop culture and 80s music, both of which I know NOTHING about. But usually I have what I think is a pretty good team.
Well last night at the Pour House, me, ANTM, GK, B, and M decided to play quizzo and drink some $2.50 Stella (yes, I'm officially OVER my detox...and probably just retoxing at this point).
Anyway, we were in the lead by a lot after round 3, floundered a bit and found ourselves in second place after round 4, and then ended up being tied for FOURTH PLACE after the last round. Not that we did terribly in rounds 4 and 5 - above average I think, but WHAT THE HECK? FOURTH PLACE!?!?! Not even 1st place losers.
Alas, my quizzo woes continue...
