Tuesday night I get a call from my friend JN. He says he and our other friend MB, who work together, won four 76ers tickets at their (belated) Christmas party. He wants to know if I'll go with him to the game on Wednesday.
Of course I said absolutely - I've never been to a Sixers game!
So anyway, I find out our seats are in the Balcony Level Suites!! I meet up with JN, MB, and our friend JL and we go in the VIP entrance, up an elevator with a guy who pushes the buttons for you, and down the hall to our suite. And boy, was it SWEET!! Kitchenette, bar tables and chairs, stools to watch the game from, and some comfy seats at the front for a better view. No matter the fact that we are almost in the ceiling of the Wachovia Center.
Anyway, the Sixers beat Portland, 100-79. Apparently they are on a hot streak. But the highlight of the evening was my $4.75 foot long hotdog. Delicious!!!
