Chavez donates island to NJ

Sounds like a nice gesture, right? WRONG. Hugo Chavez, through CITGO, has donated Petty's Island in the Delaware River (between Philly and Pennsauken) to New Jersey to be used for a wildlife area. Apparently Hugo is an avid environmental conservationist. Also apparently the island has been the source of threatened adversary action regarding the toxic crap stored on and leaked from the island.

Thanks Hugo, for kindly dumping a toxic island/liability problem from your hands right into New Jersey's lap. What a thoughtful donation.
