I was struggling between "Mmm, hot milk!" and "Would you like a shot of espresso with that?" for the title of this post. Basically, the story is this: I went to Starbucks with CT for a coffee this afternoon and ordered a latte. For those of you who don't know what a latte is, it is basically a shot of espresso with the rest of the cup filled with steamed milk.
So CT and I go sit down and I'm slowly sipping my "latte." It tastes a little milky, but I figured it was just the foamy part at the top. About 15 minutes later I realized that it still tastes quite milky. So I asked CT. At first he told me the shot of espresso was in there, and that a latte is mostly milk anyway, so I shouldn't be suspicious. But then we looked at the "latte" and it was completely white. NO ESPRESSO!!!
I took it back in and got a brand new latte with the espresso for free, which was nice. But I must say, hot milk isn't too bad.

milk was a bad choice
First of all, warm milk is gross. Like in the movies when someone is up late and feeling sad, and another person goes, "How about some warm milk?" .... I always think, "YUCK!"
Secondly, I was JUST tweeting that I cannot stand Starbucks and the stupid college students that work there (for so many reasons). Now I'm going to add that they don't know how to add espresso to a latte!!! Lame.

Last night on the office, Pam asked for a sip of Michael's coffee.. and all she tasted was milk and sugar... To which he replied, "Yes milk and sugar" as that is what he drinks every morning. Only warm milk and sugar.
