Moving Day!

Well, yetserday I helped my friend JS move. Me, KB, MW, JS, and IR loaded up the cars with all of JS's stuff (yes, there was lots). In the rain. The rain was pretty miserable, and we were even blessed with a flat tire on JS's car! Awesome. Fortunately IR noticed it before we loaded things up and took off down the road.

So KB and I tried to change this tire. First we couldn't get the bolts off, and had to resort to nearly jumping on the wrench to loosen them up. Then, once we got the car up and the bolts off, we couldn't get the tire off. We pulled. We kicked. IR came out and pulled and kicked and read the user's manual. ("Pull the tire off" it said - useful). Even PS came out and tried, to no avail. So we called Triple A and when the guy got out there, he hit the tire with a "BFH" (mallet) and Pop! it fell right off!

The day went pretty smoothly after that...of course once we finished unloading everything the rain stopped and the sun came out. Of course. The best part of the day was Johnny Mananas and the very large glasses of wine later. Haha.
