Several things

First, why is it so cold already? It is the beginning of October and weather.com says "feels like 39." I'm sorry, that's not supposed to happen until November at the earliest. I can't take many more winters up here. Global warming, schmobal warming.

(As an aside, the law school is still blowing it's air conditioning...of course. Ridiculous).

Second, I think I'm beginning to like those new entry gates at the library. I've already found 2 quarters on the ground right by the turnstile because people are having to pull their ID out of their wallets.

Third, yesterday RH and I were not having coffee at a Starbucks when this girl comes out with a big golden retriever puppy. This puppy did not want to go on a walk. She was having none of the cooing and coercing the girl was attempting. So RH and I decided to help her out and call to the puppy.

Well the puppy starts running right towards us, under the table, and right up my lap, clawing at me and looking at me as if she were screaming "get me away from this lady!" As RH and I just laughed, the girl struggled to pick the puppy up and then continued on her walk, carrying the dog across the street. That poor puppy. Hilarious.

Fourth, I was sent an ecard from this ecard website yesterday and really found the site quite nice. Mostly because I found the one below about Twitter, which is in line with my previous post - Things I Hate #119 - Twitter.
