LENT

So Lent starts today - Ash Wednesday. Usually I give something up. And usually it has something to do with chocolate. Although one year in high school I gave up soda and I don't drink soda any more since then. Except a root beer every now and then. For the past several years I've given up chocolate (and even gave up chocolate, cookies, cake, and ice cream once). But it didn't really work like the soda year. I'm still going strong with chocolate.

Anyway, I haven't decided what I'm giving up yet. Which is a bit of a problem, since Lent started, um, TODAY. I'm contemplating DOING something, rather than GIVING UP something. But I guess I better decide soon, so I can get a move on it!!

I'm open for suggestions...
