Hong Kong update

US WOMEN WIN HONG KONG!!! (Article courtesy of Goff on Rugby). They beat everybody! IR is my hero!!! Congratulations.

Now I'm inspired to go run a sprint workout then call a chiropractor...

Yaaaaaaay! And Pam said it was the biggest crowd they'd ever had (not sure exactly how many in the 40,000+ capacity stadium).
