Okay, since it took me forever to write that in Spanish, I will relate the next story in English, mostly because I don't know the Spanish words to make it as funny as it will be in English. I had lunch with my friends AS and EZ (from Italy) yesterday. EZ also just came back from a research trip in Trinidad and Tobago (what am I doing in law school?). There she had to rough it a little bit, carrying car batteries, sometimes two at a time, to and from the work stations up a very big hill.
EZ sees me yesterday and immediately starts bragging about her Italian marble. I have Italian marble now, feel it! And she points to her calf as she flexes it. So I feel it and sure enough she has a calf of Italian marble!! She apparently also has some pretty big guns from all the manual labor she had to do in the name of research. But I can say right now, at this moment, thinking about the reading I have to do and my special seat in the library, that I'd rather carry batteries up hills in tropical islands than read about future interests in property!

What's that? You know I don't speak Spanish...
Kate,
I used Dictionary.com's translator to see what Kim said and it is this:
First, my friendly GSB and BB were in other countries. But they return to the United States next week! I am happy. GSB was in Great Beach, Costa Rica working with the marine but great turtles - baulas! Mira The Leatherback Trust. GSB this in Argentina now with its family, drinking mate, eating sweet of milk and rice with milk. BB this in Costa Rica with the turtles and the touristas. Once a volunteer, always a volunteer! jajaja. The extrano.
My favorite part? Jajaja. Hahaha. Also, "Italian marble" ... LOVE IT!!!! Thank you, EZ.
BB -- una random turista? hee hee, me encanta.
I really think you can do it all KDM! Especially you.
Intersperse your property reads with running somewhere with a heavy burden...take a study break to randomly clean up some small public area that's been bothering you...do more tree planting.
Want to help clean up John Heinz by any chance?? morning, April 19th (lunch provided)
