I was just sitting around with AS and somehow the conversation turned to weird foods we've eaten. I think it started from this scientific paper we were reading about guinea pigs and how in Peru there are restaurants that serve cuy (guinea pig) and have them stretched in the window.
Anyway, here's a list I came up with of some not-so-usual foods that I've eaten:

Fresh water lobster

Weirdest thing I've eaten had to be some of the unidentified foodstuffs in Hong Kong. But it was the KFC that gave me food poisoning. Figures.
crickets - bbq flavor, i think. not bad, but the legs get stuck between your teeth.
