Suspenders?

The highlight of my day today involved suspenders. On my ride home from school I saw a fellow biker in the opposite lane wearing only shorts and suspenders. These suspenders were like the Bavarian ones on this lady. Except the person wearing them was a man. And he had no shirt on underneath. It was quite a site and gave me a great chuckle. Who wears suspenders anymore? And who wears them without a shirt while riding a bicycle??
