I'm fat. I have a problem. I'm addicted to food. So I try to workout or go to the weightroom every once in a while (so I don't physically turn into a penguin shaped human). Most of the time I look forward to going to the weightroom, until I walk in the gym and I see an idiot in a tank top using the one and only squat rack for shrugs or bicep curls. Last time i checked, the word "shrug" was not synonymous with "squat." Similar letters, yes, but not quite the same thing. Really ruins my day.
I think I'm going to try a liquid diet. I really think my colon needs some cleaning out as well. I heard on the radio that people have 5-10 lbs of impacted poo in their intestines. I could stand to lose 5-10 lbs of poo.
