My Sunday

My Sunday began with the relaxing sound of jackhammers waking me up at the crack of dawn again. Yes, PGW was still punching holes in 15th St searching for the gas leak, I guess. I got some work done then met some friends for brunch. On my walk to the restaurant a girl followed me from one block outside my house all the way down Broad St to City Hall. It was slightly nerve wracking. I say followed, but really she just kept in step right beside me. She actually caught up to me and then we walked together for 7 blocks. I slowed down, she slowed down. I sped up, she sped up. Finally I couldn't take it anymore and I turned to cross the street, terrified that she was going to follow me. She didn't, but when I looked back she wasn't there. Whatever. Brunch was delicious.

After brunch we headed out to the Wissahickon for a hike with the dogs. Poor Zoey had some issues crossing the stream. But after several minutes and a little help from AM, she hopped across and our pleasant walk continued until Ellie terrorized everybody with the extremely large stick she was wielding.

After our hike I was then taken hostage, dragged to King of Prussia, and forced to buy many nice articles of clothing. Among the items purchased were two pairs of dark jeans, three nice button downs for interviews/work, a white camisole, and a blue and black fancy shirt. The trip was highly successful and also included several chocolate samples from Lindt and Godiva. In the end I procured a very large discount at New York and Co. and I have decided Nordstrom RAck is my favorite store.

Nordstom Rack IS great! :) Also, I see that you refer to people by their initials, so if you ever refer to me in your blog, I would like to be ANTM. Thanks :)
